Kimberly has been in the Early Childhood Development field for over 28 years in positions varying from Elementary Services Coordinator to Regional Manager. She has a passion for children and their families, and believes that all families deserve high-quality care. Before going into this field, Kimberly was in the United States Army as Military Police and afterwards she obtained her B.S. in Criminal Justice. Most recently she started her own Early Education consulting firm that partners with Childcare Centers to support and coach directors.
Cybil F. Brown

Native of Portsmouth, VA, Cybil moved to Richmond in 1992 to attend VCU. She has an associate degree in Childhood Development and a B.S. in Psychology. Much of her work experience has been in childcare settings. She started as a teacher’s aide and continued on to work for local government and non-profit organizations. She is passionate about deepening providers’ skill sets with professional development and has a special place in her heart for family home day providers.

Levi is a two-time graduate of VCU and their academic focus is Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies with a concentration in marginalized communities and HIV prevention efforts. Their work background includes event planning, web and graphic design, communications, creating content for social media, and producing publications. Levi has a passion for children and believes that the world is truly in the hands of our youth, and by extension, their childcare providers.
